摘要
提高教师培养质量及其专业化水平的重要路径是教师培养模式的改革。美、俄、日三国的教师职前培养模式伴随着本国经济社会的发展都发生了较大变化,或者采用学士后培养模式,或者构建多层次的教师职前培养体系。其中三国的教师职前培养模式改革向多层次化、高层次化、高学历化和开放化发展,追求学术性和师范性的统一,重视普通文化课和教师专业课程的学习、加强实习环节,提高入学资格、严把准入关等经验值得我国借鉴和学习。
To increase the quality of teachers' training patterns and the professionalized level is an important way to reform the teachers' training patterns. Great changes have taken place in the teachers' preservice training patterns in USA, Russia and Japan with their economic and social development. They either apply the training pattern of post-bachelor, or construct multi-level pre-service training patterns. Their reform on teachers' pre-service training patterns is heading toward multiple levels, high stages, high education levels and opening-up by pursuing the unification of technicality and normality, valuing the learning of common courses and teachers' major courses, strengthening teaching practice procedures, increasing entrance qualification, and strictly controlling entrance qualification, which deserve our reference and learning.
