摘要
当前,顶岗支教实习正成为教育实习的重要形式,在全国多所高师院校广泛施行,不过顶岗支教实习对师范生教学技能的具体影响还缺乏实证研究。鉴于此,通过对广西三所本科师范院校的调查,发现顶岗支教实习对师范生教学管理技能、教学实施技能有显著效果,对教学设计技能没有显著影响,对自我"分析课标与教材"技能的评价普遍降低。
Whereas the in-post teaching practice becomes popular with an increasing number of teachers universities nationwide,an empircal study is needed in relation to its effect upon the students.This paper,therefore,investigates the students from three teachers universities of Guangxi.Result shows that the in-post teaching practice is significant for their teaching managament and execution of teaching,but not for their teaching designing,and self-analysis.
