摘要
服务型政府建设要坚持以人为本、公民本位的原则。政府部门必须按照人民的意志行事,社会公众的满意度则是评价政府治理绩效的最终标准。提高服务型政府回应性是建设服务型政府的内在、必然要求,从我国现阶段服务型政府建设的实践来看,提高服务型政府回应性需要加强服务型政府的自身建设,增强公民的参与能力,提高政府的回应能力和效率,完善政府回应的公正性。
Building a service-oriented government to adhere to the people-oriented and civic-based principles. Government departments must act in accordance with the will of the people, the public's satisfaction rating is the ultimate achievement governance standards. Improving the response of a service- oriented government is the inherent and inevitable demand of building a service-oriented government in China. At present, practice of building a service-oriented government shows that improving the service- oriented government need to strengthen to a service-oriented government of its own buildings and enhance the participation ability of citizens to improve the government's response capability and efficiency, and to perfect the impartiality of government's response.
