摘要
供应链中存在着各种各样的冲突,对此,供应链管理者已经达成了普遍的共识,但企业中或企业间的冲突到底是有利还是有害于供应链管理,对供应链整体绩效有积极的还是消极的影响等问题仍然存在分歧。从组织行为学角度给出了冲突的定义,在简单介绍三种冲突观念的变迁和内涵之后,利用组织行为学关于冲突的理论详细分析供应链中冲突的来源、原因和表现形式,最后提出了科学应对冲突的对策,为供应链管理者提供了认识、理解、对待供应链中各种冲突的清晰思路。
Supply chain managers have a common thought that there are all kinds of conflicts among supply chains but they still have differences in impacts, whether are positive or negative, on SCM and the whole performances of the supply chain because of the conflicts from the firm internally or inter-firms. From the perspective of organizational behavior, the paper gives the definition of conflicts and after the introduction to the evolution and meaning of three views on conflicts, analyses the origins, reasons and existing forms in detail from supply chains using organizational behavior's theory on the conflicts, finally puts forward measures that can scientifically deal with the conflicts among supply chains. The paper provides managements with a clear thought to realize, understand and deal with a variety of conflicts along the supply chains.
