合资物流企业日渐普遍,伴随而来的是合资企业内的冲突。从理论角度分析了合资企业内冲突的根源和常见形式,探讨了合资物流企业冲突管理的有效机制。
Intra-enterprise conflicts are much more common these days with the growing popularity of joint-venture logistics enterpris- es. The paper analyzes the root and common forms of intra-enterprises conflicts of joint-venture enterprises from a theoretical angle and pro- poses the effective mechanism for its management.
