摘要
了解冲突产生的哲学基础对于冲突管理及组织发展至关重要。需要是冲突产生的根本原因,互依性是冲突产生的客观基础。组织成员多重的、易变的而且最终是矛盾的需要和动机,与组织互依性相互作用,决定了冲突的本质是矛盾的运动。
It is very important for conflict managemem and development of organizations to look into philosophical basis of organizational conflict. It was proposed that needs are basic reasons of conflict, the interdependence of various elements in organizational systems is the objective basis of conflict. The multiple, variable, and finally incompatible needs interact with interdependence, which determines the nature of conflict is movement of contradictions.
