摘要
为了研究表面渗铝的SUS316ss在秸秆锅炉过热器中的应用,用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察表征了SUS316ss渗铝层的断面形貌,分析了渗铝层显微硬度随深度的变化,用失重法测试了SUS316ss及其渗铝后在6%FeCl3+0.05mol/L HCl溶液中的耐蚀性,1000℃下的抗高温氧化,及表面沉积HCl-H2O-NaCl-KCl-NaOH-Na2SO4-K2SO4多相混合物在500℃下的耐蚀性。结果表明:SUS316ss表面渗铝层结构致密,渗层厚度为35μm;在6%FeCl3+0.05mol/L HCl溶液中,SUS316ss发生了严重孔蚀,渗铝后表面发生轻微孔蚀;渗铝SUS316在1000℃下加热,表面和断面形貌完好,耐高温氧化性提高了5~8倍;在500℃下表面沉积多相混合物,渗铝的SUS316ss耐腐蚀性提高7~8倍。
In order to research the application of pack aluminized to the superheater in a biomass fired boiler,the aluminized layer on SUS316ss was observed and characterized by optical microscope,SEM and microhardness measurement.The corrosion resistance of the SUS316ss steel in 6%FeCl3+0.05mol/L HCl solution and under deposition of HCl-H2O-NaCl-KCl-NaOH-Na2SO4-K2SO4 at 500℃ was examined.The oxidation behavior of the steel at 1000℃ was also investigated.The experimental results indicate that the oxidation layer and aluminized layer of SUS316ss were dense, and thickness of the aluminized layer was 35μm, the pitting corrosion resistance of aluminized SUS316ss was better than that of unaluminized one. The oxidation properties of aluminized SUS316ss at 1000℃ increased by 5 - 8 times. The corrosion resistance of aluminized SUS316ss under deposition of multi-salt mixture at 500℃ increased by 7 - 8 times.
