摘要
本文通过对汽车排气系统特性的分析得知,具有良好成型性能、耐高温氧化性和抗高温疲劳性、耐蚀性的铁素体不锈钢已完全可取代铸铁、碳钢、镀铝碳钢用于汽车排气系统。在排气系统冷端,采用409型铁素体不锈钢,在热端,采用430型铁素体不锈钢,用低铬代替高铬将成为今后的发展方向。
After analysing the feature of auto exhaust system, presents that the ferritic stainless steel (FSS ) has completely replaced cast iron, carbon steel and aluminizing carbon steel in this connection, which has good formability. high temperature oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue strength, and corrosion resistance. 409 and 430 FSS are seperately required at the cold and hot sides of the system. Suggests that the raplacement of high chromium by low chromium will be the trend.
