低碳钢渗铝加离子渗氮的表面硬化处理 被引量:6

摘要 为了在低碳钢表面得到高的渗氮层表面硬度 ,对含碳量为 0 2 %的低碳钢和工业纯铁进行了粉末渗铝加离子渗氮的复合化学热处理试验。具体工艺为 :试样经 95 0℃× 6h粉末渗铝后 ,再进行 5 6 0℃× 8h的离子渗氮。结果表明 ,渗铝后可得到 1 0 0 μm的渗铝层 ,其硬度为 (30 0± 1 0 )HV0 1 ,约为铁素体基体硬度的 2倍 ;渗氮后在表面形成了 2 0 μm~ 4 0 μm厚、硬度高达 (1 30 0± 5 0 )HV0 1的硬化层。X射线衍射分析表明 。 To achieve an extraordinary hard nitriding layer on low carbon steels,a plasma nitriding process was conducted for low carbon steel with 0.2% carbon and pure iron after pack aluminizing.The low carbon steel samples were pack aluminized at 950℃ for 6h and followed by plasma nitriding at 560℃ for 8h.The aluminized layer is about 100 μm thick with a hardness of (300±10)HV0.1,which is about twice of that of the ferrite substrate.After plasma nitriding,a dark hard surface region 20μm to 40μm thick was formed on the surface and its hardness reached as high as (1300±50)HV0.1.X-ray diffraction analysis shows that aluminum nitride formed in the dark region contributes to the high hardness of the nitrided layer.
