摘要
分析当前我国农民收入及社会地位低下的社会历史原因,探讨重工业优先发展对农业劳动生产率、农业过剩人口的转移和农业地位变化的影响,认为重工业优先发展战略是当前我国农民问题产生的历史根源。
Analysis was focused on the social and historical reasons why farmers in China currently have low income and low social status, and discussed was the impact of priority development of heavy industry to the labor productivity in agriculture, agricultural surplus population transfer and the changes of agricultural position in economic importance. It is believed that the strategy of giving priority to the development of heavy industry is the historical course of the current problems confronted by farmers in China.
