摘要
在pH4.04的HAc-NaAc缓冲液中,刚果红与盐酸氯丙嗪在室温下迅速结合生成缔合物,且缔合物在480nm处有最大吸收。基于此建立了流动注射光度法测定药物中盐酸氯丙嗪的含量。方法线性范围为0.25~50.0ug/mL,检出限为0.082ug/mL,测定频率达80次/h。
In the HAc-NaAc buffer medium (pH 4.04), congo red (CR) bound rapidly with chlorpromazine hydrochloride at room temperature to form a complex, which showed maximum absorption at 480 nm. Based on this, the flow injection spectrophotometric method was established to determine chlorpromazine hydrochloride. Linearity was kept in the range of 0.25 - 50.0ug/mL with a detection limit of 0.082 ug/mL. The determining frequency was 80 times/h. The proposed method was applied to determining chlorpromazine hydrochloride in pharmaceuticals. The results were compared with those obtained by pharmacopoeia method with satisfaction.
