双氰胺分光光度法测定4种联二酮化合物

Determination of four vicinal diketones by spectrophotometry with dicyandiamide

摘要 当1-萘酚存在时,联二酮化合物可与双氰胺发生反应,在强碱性介质中生成红色化合物,并在-定浓度范围内与吸光值呈线性关系,据此建立了测定4种联二酮化合物(2,3-丁二酮、2,3-戊二酮、2,3-己二酮和2,3-庚二酮)含量的分光光度法。分别对4种联二酮化合物测定时的检测波长、消光系数、显色时间、碱液用量、催化剂用量及显色剂用量等做了详细探讨。研究还表明,双氰胺分光光度法测定4种联二酮化合物时的平均回收率均在97.7%-101.0%之间,RSD在1.97%-6.57%之间,表明该方法具有较高的准确度和精密度。应用该方法测定啤酒和酸乳蒸馏液样品2,3-丁二酮含量,结果与国标法在5%显著水平上无差异。 A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of four vicinal diketones (2,3- butanedione, 2,3-pentanedione, 2,3-hexanedione, and 2,3-heptanedione) was established based on the reaction of vicinal diketones and dicyandiamide under the catalytic effects of 1-naphthol in strongly alkaline medium. The reaction product was red, and there was a linear relationship between the concentration and absorption value within a certain concentration range. We discussed the detection wavelength, extinction coefficient and the optimal dose of alkali, catalyst and chromogenic agent for determination of four vicinal diketones in detail. The result showed that the relative standard deviations were 1.97%-6.57% and the recoveries were 97.7%-101.0% with high accuracy and precision, and the method for the determination of 2,3-butanedione in distillate of beer and yogurt had no significant differences with national standard method.
