酸化壳聚糖制备木材胶粘剂的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以胶合强度为考察指标,采用正交试验法对酸化壳聚糖制备胶粘剂工艺的影响因素进行研究。结果表明,酸化壳聚糖制备胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件为:壳聚糖浓度3%、冰醋酸浓度2%、存放时间48 h时,胶合板干强最大;壳聚糖浓度3%、冰醋酸浓度1%、存放时间24 h时,胶合板湿强最大;壳聚糖浓度3%、冰醋酸浓度2%、存放时间24 h时,最为经济。 To optimize the preparing process of acidified chitosan adhesive, the shearing strength of plywood and three main influencing factors were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions which were determined by orthogonal experiment were as follows:Proportion of chitosan 3%, glacial acetic acid 2% and storing time 48 h (the biggest dryness strength of venner) ; Proportion of chitosan 3%, glacial acetic acid 1% and storing time 24 h (the biggest wetness strength of veneer); Proportion of chitosan 30/6, glacial acetic acid 2% and storing time 24 h (the most economical process condition).
