摘要
目的:探讨胃癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4和CD8)和血清白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)水平的变化及其与胃癌临床病理的关系。方法:应用流式细胞术和酶联免疫吸附试验检测80例胃癌患者手术前外周血CD3、CD4、CD8和血清IL-12、sIL-2R的水平,并以30例健康体检者为对照组。结果:胃癌患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);胃癌患者血清IL-12水平低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而血清sIL-2R水平高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。胃癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群及血清IL-12和sIL-2R的改变与胃癌组织病理学类型、细胞分化程度无关,而与浸润程度有关。CD4+/CD8+与血清IL-12和sIL-2R之间存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌患者外周血CD3、CD4、CD8和血清IL-12和sIL-2R水平可作为研究胃癌的发生、发展和转移的重要免疫学指标。
Objective：To explore the association of T-lymphocyte subsets and serum IL-12/sIL-2R levels with the clinieopathological factors in patients with gastric cancer. Methods：T-lymphocyte subsets and serum IL-12/sIL-2R levels in 80 patients with gastric cancer and 30 healthy controls were detected by immunofluorescence and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results：The CD3 ^＋ T ceils, CD4 ^＋T ceils and CD4 ^＋/CD8 ^＋ratio in the blood samples from the gastric cancer group were obviously lower than those from the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;the IL-12 level in patients with gastric cancer was lower and the IL-2R level higher compared to that in the control（ P 〈 0.05 ）. This changes were related to the tumor depth but not the histological types or the cell differentiation of the tumor. There was a significant correlation between serum IL-12/sIL-2R levels and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio（P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusions： The T- lymphocyte subsets and serum IL-12/sIL-2R levels can be used as an important immunology index of the genesis, development and metastasis of the gastric cancer.
