摘要
对耐磨蚀合金的成分与组织设计思想作了较全面的讨论.根据系统研究的结果,对形变强化,第二相强化,热处理制度以及钝化膜作用等在发展耐磨耐蚀合金中可能起的作用进行了深入和细致的分析.
Some designing principles concerning the composition and microstructure of corrosive wear resistant alloys have fully been discussed in present paper. The effects of strainhardening, secondary phase strengthening, heat treatment as well as proteciveness of passive filmson wear resistance of alloys in aggressive solutions have been summarized from the systematic experimental results. The strain hardening is a very valid principle for improving the wear resistanceof alloys in aggressive mediadue to its unharmness in corrosion. The hard secondary phases couldinhabit the ploughing or chipping and the passive films are too thin to prevent the surface damagefrom the shear stress.
