摘要
研究了不同处理条件对菜籽粕中酚类物质的影响。菜籽粕经不同压力、温度、湿度和氨水—甲醇—正己烷溶液处理后酚类物质含量有不同程度的下降,初步试验结果表明:添加10%,15%,20%水量时,酚类物质含量分别减少35%,36%,38%。在50和100kPa加压处理时,酚类物质含量分别减少49%,41%。在温度100℃,115℃时酚类物质含量分别减少37%,39%,经过氨水—甲醇—正己烷溶液处理后酚类物质含量减少78.1%,硫代葡萄糖甙也减少83%左右。由此可见氨水—甲醇—正己烷双液相萃取工艺脱除菜籽粕中酚类物质效果较理想。
The variation of phenolics content in the rapeseed meal was studied under treating conditions of different moisture,pressure,temperature and amonia methanol hexane.The result showed that the phenolics content decreased by 35%,36% and 38% corresponding to added water of 10%,15% and 20%( W/W ).The phenolics content decreased by 49% and 41% corresponding to pressure of 50 and 100 kPa.When rapeseed meal was treated with amonia methanol hexane,the phenolics content decreased significantly.
