摘要
将脱毒菜粕按 5 %、10 %、15 %和 18%的比例添加到粉碎鸡饲料中 ,饲喂三黄鸡 30d时调查表明 :添加量小于 15 %时 ,鸡的增重率与对照组 (不添加脱毒饼粕 )基本接近 ,且生长状况无明显异常 ;当添加量超过 15 %时 ,鸡的增重率比对照略有下降。内脏解剖结果证明 :饲喂脱毒菜粕饲料后 ,鸡的甲状腺均无病变迹象 ,肝脏切片观察亦未发现异常。
Diets added with 5%,10%,15%and 18% detoxicated rapeseed meal were fed to Sanhuang chickens for 30 d,respectively.Results were shown as follows.When the proportion of rapeseed meal to chicken feed was less than 15%,the rate of bodyweight gain of Sanhuang chicken approached that of CK(without detoxicated rapeseed meal).While the proportion reached 15%,the rate mentioned above was a little less than CK.It was proved by the dissection of viscera that there was no abnormality in the thyroid glands and livers of the chickens.
