摘要 植物种质资源的保存对于生物多样性保护和新品种选育均具有十分重要的意义。综述了国内外植物种质资源离体保存技术最新研究进展,并提出了有待继续研究的相关问题。 The conservation of plant germplasm resources has extremely vital significance for the biology biodiversity conservation and plant breeding of the new cuhivar. The latest advances of techniques for in vitro preservation of plant germplasm resources were summarized. The problems and the perspective of this field were also discussed.
