摘要
目的针对当前铁皮石斛产业存在的品质参差不齐、安全生产隐患较多、盲目跟风发展等现状,急需合力推进规范生产、提升品质,引导产业基地有序发展。方法实践并探索"多部门联动、各主体参与、全环节标准化生产与监管"的工作机制,强化资源保护和开发利用,创建精品园区,大力推行标准化生产,强化行业自律和产业宣传。结果能有效提高生产基地管理水平、原料质量安全水平,夯实了浙江铁皮石斛产业发展基础,保障产业发展和市场对优质产品的需求,壮大浙江铁皮石斛产业集群的发展优势。结论进一步建立完善生产基地信息体系建设,开展信用等级评价,逐步实行生产许可制度,提升产品质量标准水平,创建"浙江铁皮石斛"产业公共品牌,对保护发展好民族健康产业有积极的现实意义。
OBJECTIVE Currently, the industry of Dendrobium officinale has problems of uneven quality, safety hazards and blind development, so it is urgent to promote standardized production, improve the product quality and guide the industry to develop- ment orderly. METHODS ＂The main branch linkage, all subject participation, all standardized production and regulation supervi- sion＂ and other measures have been practiced and explored; the relevant departments strengthened the protection and exploitation of re- sources, established boutique park ; promoted the standardization of production ; vigorously, and improved industry self-regulation and industry advocacy. RESULTS These measures effectively increased the management level of production base and the safety and qual- ity level of raw materials, so the development foundation of Dendrobium officinale industry in Zhejiang province was tamped and en- sured. The demand for high quality products by the market was met, and the development advantages of Dendrobium officinale industri- al cluster in Zhejiang province were greatly boosted. CONCLUSION It has important positive practical significance to establish and improve the the production base information system, set up credit rating, implement production license policy step by step, upgrade the quality standard level, and create the public brand of ＂Zhejiang Dendrobium officinale＂ industry for the protection and development of national health industry.
