摘要
目的观察虎眼万年青总皂苷对幼鼠的急性毒性作用。方法按Bliss法,根据所提取的虎眼万年青总皂苷不同剂量一次性灌胃后,逐日观察小鼠7 d,并记录动物毒性反应、死亡数,计算LD50和SLD50。结果Wistar幼鼠的LD50为3.2 g/kg;SLD50为(3.2±0.196)g/kg。结论虎眼万年青总皂苷有一定的毒性。
Objective To observe the acute toxic effect of total saponin from Ornithogalum caudatum Air in mice. Methods By Bliss method, Wistar mice were selected and intragastrically administered with different concentration of total saponin from Ornithogalum caudatum Ait . Then the mice were observed for 7 d with toxic reaction, death, and autopsy conditions recorded. Results Medial lethal dose（ LD50 ）of the total saponin from Ornithogalum caudatum Ait for mice was 3.2 g/kg and 95% confidence interval SLD50 （ 3.2 ±0.2 ） g/kg. Conclusion The total saponin has some toxic effect on mice.
