摘要 针对CFB锅炉水冷壁管的喷涂防护要求,采用正交设计方法,通过极差分析,研究了电弧喷涂工艺参数对CFB锅炉水冷壁涂层结合强度和耐磨性的影响.结果表明,影响涂层性能的工艺参数主要是电弧电流,其次是喷涂距离,而电弧电压和雾化空气压力的影响很小.涂层结合强度值随电弧电流的增大而增加.过大的电弧电流会削弱涂层的耐磨损能力.采用适中的电弧电流,有利于提高涂层的结合强度和耐磨性,能获得具有良好综合性能的涂层. For the spraying protection requirement of water-cooling wall of CFB boiler, the influence of the arc spraying parameters on the adhesive strength and wear-resistance of the coating was studied by orthogonal design and range analysis. The results show that the main parameters influencing the properties of the coating are the arc current and spraying distance, while the influence from the arc voltage and air pressure is relatively less. The adhesive strength increases with the arc current, but the large arc current may weaken the wear-resistance of the coating. A moderate arc current is favorable for enhancing the adhesive strength and wear-resistance of the coating.
