摘要
纳米材料具有许多优异的特性,利用热喷涂技术制备纳米结构涂层是一种应用纳米材料的有效办法。文中介绍了纳米结构涂层喷涂材料的制备,包括液体喂料制备纳米材料、纳米粉末材料和纳米药芯丝材的制备,以及热喷涂制备纳米结构涂层的种类,纳米结构涂层的种类包括纳米结构陶瓷涂层、金属-陶瓷纳米复合涂层和金属纳米结构涂层。简要介绍了制备这些涂层所采用的工艺方法,以及涂层的结构和性能。指出了目前热喷涂制备纳米结构涂层存在的问题,并对其应用和发展前景作了展望。
Nanometer materials possess many excellent properties. Using thermal spraying technology to prepare nanostructure coating is an effective method for applying nanometer materials. The preparation methods of spraying materials for nanostructure coating, including liquid feed, nanometer powders and nanometer powder-filled cord wire, were presented. The kinds of nanostructure coatings including nanostructure ceramic coating, nanostructure ceramic-metal composite coating and nanostructure metal coating, were introduced. The methods for preparing nanostructure coating, coating structure and properties were also introduced, and the present problems were discussed on nanostructure coating prepared by thermal spraying method, and the development and application prospects of nanometer thermal spraying technology were forecasted.
