摘要
焊道重合率是影响堆焊层成形质量与焊材消耗的主要因素之一。采用热丝TIG在AISI 4130表面堆焊Inconel625,研究了重合率对堆焊层成形质量的影响;借助光学显微镜、SEM、EDS分析了堆焊层的显微组织、成分分布。结果表明:重合率为30%时堆焊层成形质量良好;堆焊层组织为胞状树枝晶,晶间分布着Laves相与MC;堆焊层含铁量约为32%,高于焊丝的5%。为了使堆焊层具有良好的耐腐蚀性,应堆焊多层或减少热输入,以降低堆焊层Fe含量。此结果可为耐腐蚀阀门和复合管的堆焊提供一定的参考。
Overlap rate of weld bead is an important factor on the formation quality of cladding and consumption of welding material. Incone1625 was surfaced on the substrate of AIS14130 by gas tungsten arc welding. The effect of clad beads overlap rate on the formation quality of overlaying was studied. The microstructure and the composition distribution of the surfacing layer were analyzed by means of optical microscope, SEM and EDS. The results indicate that well flatness clad beads were successfully obtained when using a 30% overlap ratio. The microstructure of clad beads is columnar dendrites. Laves phase and MC are distributed among the crystals. The mass fraction of Fe is up to 32%, which is much higher 5% than feed wire. To improve the surfacing layer corrosion resistance, some measures such as reducing heat input or increasing the height of cladding should be considered, which can reduce the mass fraction of Fe. The results of this study can provide some theoretical foundation for the overlaying of corrosion resistance valve and bimetal tube.
