桑枝多糖的提取与纯化的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过正交设计,用一般提取法对桑枝皮中多糖提取条件进行优化,并分别结合微波法提取、超声波提取法和酶解提取法,比较提取效果。将粗提液进行纯化,并比较乙醇沉淀法和大孔吸附树脂的纯化效果。结果:一般提取法中最适的提取条件组合为提取时间100min、溶液—材料比20倍、pH5,同时结合生物酶提取法可将提取率提高18.57%;用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂纯化,可获得纯度84.57%的多糖。 Selected the extract conditions of ramulus mori polysaccharide by orthogonal design, and combination of microwave extraction,ultrasonic extraction and enzymatic extraction method the effect of extraction was observed, we compared the ethanol precipitation method and the macroreticular resin purification effect by purify the crude extract. The results were that the best extract conditions were the time being 100min, the solution - material ratio being more than 20 times and pH5 in general extraction method. The extraction rate absolute enhanced to 18.75% combined with enzyme extraction. With AB-8 macroporous resin-based purification, the ramulus mori polysaccharide of 84.57% purity was achieved.
