摘要
目的评价根管测量仪测量根管工作长度的准确性。方法选择114例根管治疗病例,随机分成两组,分别采用YC-RAF-1型根管测量仪和手感结合X线法测得根管工作长度,并以此长度进行常规根管预备、充填,摄X线片了解其准确性。结果两组的根管充填恰填率有显著差异,电测组恰填率为90.81%,X线手感组为70.33%,电测组明显优于X线手感组。结论电测法测定根管长度快速、准确、充填效果好,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the apex locator in determining working length. Methods The teeth from 114 patients who need root canal therapy were divided into two groups. Their working length were measured by a YC-RAF-1 apex tocator and feel combined with X-ray. All canals were prepared, filled and imaged with X-ray. The accuracy was evaluated by radio-logical observation. Results There was significant difference between the rates of flush filled of the two groups. The rate of flush filled of the electronic measuring group was 90.81% and the feel combined with X-ray experimental group was 70.33%. The result of the electronic measuring group was better than that of the experimental group of the feel combined with X-ray. Conclusion The electronic apex locator can measure root canal length accurately and fast, and improve the quality of canal obturation. This method was worth using in practice.
