摘要 目的研究NEOSONOUitimaET根管长度测定仪确定根管操作长度的准确性。方法随机抽取临床需要行根管治疗的前后牙,分为三组:电测量组、手感组、X线摄片组,备根后通过术中术后摄片,观察结果。结果NEOSONOUitimaET根管长度测定仪确定根管操作长度的准确性与X线摄片组无显著差别,高于手感组。结论NEOSONOUitimaET根管长度测定仪确定根管操作长度准确,方便,值得推广。 Objective To study the accuracy of NEOSONO Uitima ET measurement in teeth root canal length. Methods 300 teeth were devided into three groups, The experiment group was measured by NEOSONO Uitima ET,The control two groups was estimated manually and radiologically. Results The successful ratio of root canal therapy of the experimental group was significant higher than manually group(P〈0.05); no difference between radiologically group. Conclusions NEOSONO Uitima ET is more accurate and more convenience in teeth root canal length measuring.
