摘要
从激励机制、青年教师培养、文化氛围营造等方面阐述了教学创新团队建设的思路与措施。从教学体系、教学方法与手段等方面介绍了大学物理实验课程建设的做法与成效。
Some ideas and measures on how to build innovative teaching group were expounded from several aspects such as incentive mechanism, young teacher training, and cultural atmosphere creating. The practice and achievements of the construction of physics experiment course were also introduced from teaching framework, teaching methods and teaching means.
