摘要
校企合作中技术开发与服务出现"空心化"、"浅表化"、"无序化"、"纠纷化"以及信任危机等现象。需要破除传统观念和守旧的办学思想,牢固建立正确、理性的指导思想,采取有效对策,全面深入开展技术开发与服务,以期推动高职教育的发展。
Highly skilled talents are the master- hands and examples in the production llne. They meet the quality requirements for highly skilled that knowledge- and- skill- proficient, thoughtful, and creative. We should correct our misunderstanding in the quality and training pattern of highly skilled talents and bring new ideas to the training pattern and growing mechanism of highly skilled talents.
