摘要
在高产栽培条件下,选用不同类型(大、中和多穗型)品种定点重复3a,研究了冬小麦植株对Ca,Mg的吸收积累动态和成熟期的最终分配,并对Ca,Mg的吸收积累和分配特点进行了比较。结果表明,植株对Ca,Mg的吸收强度最高值均出现在拔节—挑旗阶段,且该阶段的吸收比例和每100kg生物产量的Ca,Mg吸收量也最高;各类品种在不同年份间的吸收动态基本一致。成熟期100kg子粒产量需吸收Ca,Mg量分别为7990g和3403g,但100kg子粒中却仅含68g和151gCa的积累最高值出现在灌浆盛期,而此时Mg的积累量仅占成熟期的8371%成熟时8256%的Ca滞留于营养器官中(其中叶片占4926%),子粒仅占749%,而4984%的Mg分配在穗器官中(其中子粒占4222%)。不同品种间植株全生育期Ca,Mg平均含量。
A three years fixed location test was carried out to investigate the dynamic uptake and final distribution of Ca and Mg at maturation with three winter wheat cultivars (representing large,middle and prolific ear types,respectively).Under high yild culture condition,the comparision between Ca and Mg was also made in uptake,accumulation and distribution characteristics.The basic tendency of uptake and distribution was similar among cultivars and seasons,the uptake rates of Ca and Mg were especially high from jointing to flaging,and the phasic uptake percentage and uptake amount per 100kg of dry matter had their maximum value during the same period.At maturtion,the absorbed amount of Ca and Mg per 100kg of grain yield was 799.0g and 340.3g,respectively.But only 68g and 151g of Ca and Mg were contained in 100g of grains.The total amount of calcium accumulated reached its peak at the middle of grain filling,while magnesium continue to accumulate in wheat plant and showed a 16.29% increase after that stage.When harvested,82.56% of Ca accumulated remained in vegeatative organs(49.26% in leaves),only 7.49% was found in grains.In contrast with this,49.8% of Mg accumalated was located in ear(42.22% in grains),resulting in lower calcium but higher magnesium content in grains.It was found that there existed difference among cultivars in the concentration during whole season,the amount of Ca and Mg absorbed per 100kg of grain yield and the final distribution of Ca and Mg in winter wheat plant.
