不同海拔地区种植的水稻于抽穗前后饲喂^(14)C的最终分配 被引量:3

FINAL PARTITIONING OF THE ^(14)CFED BEFORE AND AFTER HEADING OF PADDY RICE GROWN AT DIFFERENT ALTITUDE LOCALITIES

摘要 本文比较了在海拔400米、1600米和2000米地区种植的水稻,于孕穗期和灌浆期分别饲喂的^(14)C黄熟期在营养体和米及谷壳中的分配百分数。并结合库/源比例,就不同地区的生境条件讨论了三地间^(14)C最终在水稻不同部位分配的差异。 The paddy rice in the field experiment, grown at three different altitude localities, viz. Yuanjiang (north tropic type about 400 m altitude) , Yuxi (middle subtr-opic type about 1600 m altitude) and Dali (north subtropics type about 2000 m altitude) in Yunnan provice in 1988, had been fed with the 14C during the booting and the grain filling stage, respectively.All the samples had been collected at the yellow ripe stage. The dry weight and the 14C activity in vegetative mass (included leaves, stem, leaf sheath, ear axis and pedicel and its dieback parts) , rice and chaff had been determined, respectively, and that the percentages of the 14C in each part had been calculated by dry weight. The main results are as dollows: 1. Final partitionings in the vegetative mass and the chaff of the 14C fed at the booting stage are, for the main, similar (viz. 37.5-54.5% and 38.9-49.6%, respectively) , and yet the 14C in rice is much smaller (13.1-6.7%) , and that the percentages in vegetative mass increase with the increase in the altitude of planting site, on the contrary, the percentages in chaff and rice decrease. 2. Final partitionings of the 14C fed at the grain filling stage occur mainly in rice (82.5-70.5%) ; there is a little 14C kept in the vegetative mass (10.6-15.8%) ; and the partitionings in chaff are minimum (G.8-13.7%) . The percentages in rice decrease as increase in the altitude of planting site, on the contrary, the, vegetative mass and the chaff increase in percentages of the 14C. 3. The percentages of final partitioning in chaff of the 14C fed at the booting static increase with increase in the numbers of total glumous flower per unit leaf area in this stage. The percentages of final partitioning in rice of the 14C fed at the grain filling stage increase as increase in the numbers of active glumous flower (seed-setting numbers) per unit leaf area in this stage. It can be shown clearly that sink/source ratio has a direct influence on 14C-assimilate to be transported to main sink. 4. Owing to the paddy rice has not yet flowering at the booting singe, during which time the endosperm (kernel) has not yet formed ability to assemble assimilate, the percentages of final partitioning in rice of the 14C fed at the booting stage may be considered to be the repartitioning index of assimilate before flowering, in view of the above, these data 1 ad indicated that repartitioning ratios of the assimilate in the paddy rice before flowering, grown at the low altitude localities, are much higher than those grown at the high altitude localitiest
