摘要
教师专业发展是教师不断成长、不断接受新知识、提高专业能力的过程,是一个融合职前教育、新教师入职辅导与职后培训为一体的多层面、多领域的动态发展过程。教师是这一过程的主体,培植教师的专业化意识与能力是这一过程的关键。而教师专业化发展的途径、要求、制度保障是影响这一过程的核心问题。建构主义理论对教师专业化发展具有深刻的理论指导价值,为教师专业化发展的途径、要求及制度保障方面提供了设计思路。教师的专业化发展必须走一体化发展型道路。
Teacher's professional development (TPD) is the process in which teachers grow up, accept new knowledge and improve professional competence unceasingly.It's a multi- faceted and multi - domain dynamic development process which is the fusion of pre - vocational education, new teacher' s vocational guidance and faculty training. Teachers are the subject of this process. Fostering teacher' s awareness and capacity of being professional is the key to this process. The approaches, the requirements and the systematic support of TPD are the core issues that would influence on this process. Constructivism theory has deep and great theoretical, value in guiding teacher' s professional development. It has provided excogitation in the aspects of the approaches, the requirements and the systematic support of TPD. Tne professional development of teachers has to follow the path of integration and sustainable development.
