摘要
羊栖菜是我国温州海域特有的人工养殖海藻类资源.为改变以往完全依赖外销的局面,我们对羊栖菜进行了脱色脱腥试验,结果表明:处理后羊栖菜由黑色恢复为海洋中的原色,但有效成分有一定损失.本项工作可为开发以内销为主的羊栖菜系列产品提供参考依据.
The brown seaweed Sargassum fusiform setch is grown by people in the sea area of Wengzhou, Zhejiang. To change the situation of selling abroad into selling inside the country,we have done the experiments of decolouring and taking off the smell of seafood.After the experiments, the brown seaweed Sargassum fusiform setch returns to its normal colour from black and brown,although some effective compositions were lost.
