摘要 建立了蘑菇内部水分扩散的新模型.利用该模型模拟获得的平均水分与实测拟合。 The mass transfer model of hotair drying on mushroom is established. The moisture diffusion coefficient was obtained by minimizing the sum of squared deviations between the predicted and observed drying results.
