糖复合物抗流感病毒活性研究

摘要 糖复合物及其生物学功能在现代生物工程和制药工业中有日益增加的重要性,大量研究表明许多天然多糖、糖复合物对各种病毒有抑制作用。流感病毒严重危害畜禽和人类健康,本文主要介绍糖复合物的免疫生物功能,并从阻断病毒吸附、黏膜免疫、系统抗体免疫和免疫佐剂等角度讨论了糖复合物防治流感病毒功能。 Glycoconjugates and its biological function have been playing a more and more important role in modem biotechnology and medicine industry. It has been proved that many of natural polysaccharides or glycocon- jugates can depress the activity of every kind of virus. Immunobiological function of glycoconjugates is mainly presented in this paper. And its interdiction of viral adsorption, mucosal immune response, systemic antibody immunity and immune adjuvant is also discussed to show the anti - influenza viral activity of glycoconjugates.
