摘要
目的研究艾灸对糖尿病(DM)性阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)血糖及血清晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)的影响。方法以链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导DM大鼠模型,再以阿朴吗啡(APO)阴茎勃起实验筛选DM性ED大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、艾灸组,另设一正常对照组。艾灸组取肾俞、三阴交穴,以麦粒灸施治,观察艾灸对DM性ED大鼠血糖、血清AGEs的影响。结果艾灸能降低DM性ED大鼠血糖、血清AGEs水平。结论艾灸能改善DM性ED大鼠血糖及血清AGEs水平,可能是对DM性ED大鼠勃起功能治疗效应的作用机制之一。
Objective To explore the effect of moxibustion on the blood glucose and serum AGEs in diabetic rats with erectile dysfunction （ED）. Methods Diabetes mellitus （DM） rat model was induced by streptozotozin （STZ） and then penis erectile experiment of apomorphine （APO） was used to select diabetic ED rats model,which were divided into 2 groups：the model group and the moxibustion group. Simultaneously the normal control group was set up. The moxibustion group were treated with moxibustion at Shenshu （BL 23） and Sanyinjiao （SP 6） with small moxa cone about the size of a wheat grain. The effects on the blood glucose and serum AGEs were investigated. Results Moxibustion decreased the blood glucose and serum AGEs in the penis. Conclusion Moxibustion can decrease the blood glucose and serum AGEs of diabetic rats with erectile dysfunction, which is possibly one of the mechanisms of improving erectile function of moxibustion.
