川芎嗪改善再生障碍性贫血骨髓微环境的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨川芎嗪对再生障碍性贫血(AA)骨髓微环境的影响。方法将78例AA患者随机分为两组,均应用司坦唑醇联合环孢素A作为基础治疗,一组加用川芎嗪注射液治疗,作为川芎嗪组,4周为一疗程,休息1周后再继续应用1疗程;另一组应用基础治疗作为基础治疗组。于治疗前、治疗后第4周及第9周定期测定血象、骨髓象、骨髓病理(微血管情况),观察临床表现,进行成纤维细胞的培养并进行比较。结果川芎嗪组外周血网织红细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板、血红蛋白骨髓造血细胞比例均有明显升高,与基础治疗组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);骨髓微血管的数量、造血组织容量(%)及成纤维细胞集落,较治疗前及基础治疗组有明显增多(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪对AA患者骨髓微环境具有改善作用。 Objective To explore the effects of chuanxiongzine on bone marrow microenvironment in aplastic anemia.Methods Seventy-eight patients with aplastic anemia were divided into two groups:the chuanxiongzine group and the routine treatment group,both receiving cyclosporine-based therapy.Patients in chuanxiongzine group accepted chuanxiongzine therapy for 8 weeks,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment and one week interval.Four and 9 weeks before and after the treatment,the change of blood cell counts,bone marrow morphology and pathology,and clinical manifestation were compared,and fibroblast colonies compared between two groups before and after the treatment.Results The amounts of reticulocytes,neucleocytes,and platelets,hemoglobin,and the proportion of bone marrow hematopoietic cells in chuanxiongzine group were significantly increased as compared with those in routine treatment group(P〈0.05).The amounts of capillary vessels,fibroblast colonies,and the volume of hematopoietic tissue after the treatment in chuanxiongzine group were also significantly increased as compared with those before the treatment and routine treatment group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Chuanxiongzine can improve the bone marrow microenvironment in aplastic anemia.
