摘要 再生障碍性贫血(AA)是由多种原因引起的骨髓造血功能衰竭,主要表现为骨髓造血功能低下、全血细胞减少和贫血、出血、感染综合征,其发病机制十分复杂。近年来越来越多的研究证明,其发病与造血微环境障碍密切相关。对骨髓造血微环境的研究,不仅为AA的诊断提供了更可靠的依据,也为AA的治疗开辟了新的方向。 Aplastic anemia(AA) is the hematopoietic function failure of bone marrow caused by a variety of reasons, and the main manifestations include bone marrow insufficiency, pancytopenia and anemia, bleed-ing, and infection syndrome. The pathogenesis of AA is very complex. In recent years, more arid more research shows its pathogenesis is closely related with abnormal hematopoietic microenvironment. The study of the bone marrow microenvironment, not only provides a more reliable basis for the diagnosis of AA, but also opens up new directions for the treatment of AA.
