摘要
介绍了法国、日本和美国农业合作社的发展概况、治理特点、运营模式以及与政府间的相互联系,并着重总结了这些典型的合作社发展模式中对我国农业合作社发展的可借鉴之处,包括选择适宜的组织模式、创新生产经营方式、完善利益分配与保障机制加强政府支持力度等,为我国农业合作社现阶段的发展和完善打开了新的思路。
This paper introduces the agricultural cooperatives＇ development, governance characteristics, operating mode and its inter-linkages with the government in France, Japan and the United States. It generalizes the experience from these typical cooperatives＇ development for the agTicuhural cooperative development in China, including the selection of an appropriate organizational model, innovation of production and management methods, improvement of the distribution of benefits and security mechanisms, and strengthening government＇s support and so on. It opens a new way for the development and improvement of agricultural cooperatives in our country at this stage.
