摘要
综述了国兰组织培养的研究进展,包括外植体的选择和消毒、培养基、植物激素、培养条件、脱病毒技术和试管开花现象等,并指出其组织培养中的存在问题与建议。
The research advances in tissue culture of Chinese orchid was reviewed in this paper, the selection and sterilization of explants, the culture medium, the plant hormones, the culture conditions, the virus-free technique, the phenomenon of the florescence in vitro were included. Some existent problems and recommendations in tissue culture of Chinese orchid were also put forward.
