摘要
服务创新是推动服务业持续发展的有效途径。当前,影响服务创新的因素主要有企业、公共机构、需求三个方面。河北省的服务创新发展还有许多问题需要解决,为此,河北省需要做如下工作:完善服务创新文化和创业机制、推进服务企业集群化、增进省内和省际之间的服务整合、加强对服务创新的产业引导和保护、加大服务创新的要素投入。
The service innovation is the basic method to promote service industry sustained development. There are enterprises, public structure and demand which hinder the development of service innovation. In order to enhance the Hebei province service industry innovation level well, we need to do the following works, including setting up the service innovation culture and mechanism, promoting service industry cluster, facilitating the integration between cities and provinces, strengthening the guidance and protection and increasing resources investment on service innovation.
