摘要
为了解辣椒碱软膏治疗关节痛的疗效及安全性 ,将 46例有明确关节痛的患者 ,随机分为治疗组、对照组 ,各组均为 2 3例 ,用双盲法进行对比验证。治疗组应用 0 .0 2 5 %辣椒碱软膏 ,对照组应用 1 %双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂 ,2组用法均为外涂治疗 1周。结果 :2组患者在关节疼痛、压痛和活动痛方面均有明显的疗效 ,总有效率分别为 82 .61 %和 86.3 7% ,2组的耐受性均比较好。提示 :辣椒碱软膏治疗关节痛有效。
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical capsaicin cream in treatment of arthralgia in comparison with diethyl ammonium emulsion, 46 patients with arthralgia were randomly divided to receive 0.025% capsaicin cream (n=23) or 1% diclofenac diethyl ammonium emulsion (n=23) for 1 week. The symptoms of arthralgia in both groups were significantly reduced and the degree of arthralgia on movement in both groups were diminished. In conclusion, capsaicin cream is effective, safe in the treatment of arthralgia.
