摘要
针对火箭弹弹体的加工毛坯料的结构和存在缺陷的类型,采用水浸式的超声检测方法,分析了偏心距、水声程和异质界面往返透射率对检测灵敏度的影响,推导出了偏心距和水声程的计算方法。通过实验得出:采用中心频率为5M的水浸式聚焦探头,能够准确检测出铝合金棒内部缺陷和表面划痕缺陷。通过C扫描方式对缺陷特征的重构,能直观地判定缺陷的位置、形状和大小。
According to the feedstock's structure characteristics of a certain type of rocket shell body and the existent flaws, an ultrasonic immersion testing method on it was adopted. Analyzing the linear eccentricity, acoustic water length and the transmittance's influence on the sensitivity, the expressions of correlative parameters were given. According to the testing result, the following conclusions were reached: the focus probe with 5M main frequency can detect the inclusion flaws and the surface scratch flaws in the rods. Adopting the ultrasonic C-scan imaging technique, the position, shape and size of the flaw can be visually judged from the image.
