摘要
针对棒材自动化超声水浸检测的特点,采用计算机测控系统实现了对棒材中心、近表面缺陷的检测。介绍了棒材超声检测试验台的总体结构及相应的软硬件设计方案。
According to the characteristic of automatic ultrasonic nondestructive testing for a round bar using the immersion technique, the middle area of the bar and the area near the surface of the bar were tested using computer measure and control system. The system achieves in testing the round bar performance based on computer control. Design project of hardware and software were introduced.
