摘要
民生科技作为解决民生问题的重要手段,已经成为我国科技发展的重点,成为科技与社会联系的重要纽带。民生科技解决民生问题即具有历史性,又具有科学性和社会性。因而民生科技解决民生问题的过程是历史维度、科学维度和社会维度共同作用的结果。维度分析体现了民生科技解决民生问题的客观性、开放性、历时性、共时性、实践性和价值性,对民生科技解决我国当代民生问题具有重要的现实意义。
Science and technology is an important tool to solve the people＇s livelihood, and has become the focus of China＇ s scientific and technological development, and become an important link of science and technology . and society.
