摘要
重庆经济的迅猛发展,经济实力的不断增强,说明重庆正在成为中国经济新的增长点,正在成为中国西部经济的增长极,在西部大开发中,重庆实施可持续发展奠定了坚实的物质基础。重庆地处东部经济发达区和西部资源富集区结合部,对长江经济带和西部经济区有双重聚散功能,其承东启西的区位优势,使重庆成为西部大开发战略的首选地,通过重庆可以带动整个西部开发,缩短沿海与内陆的贫富差距,成为实践"两个大局"的重要战略支点。本文从科技发展的角度,分析了重庆市科技发展现状、取得的成就、存在的问题及其战略意义,揭示重庆科技创新的必要性。
The rapid development of Chongqing＇s economy and growing economic strength indicates Chongqing is becoming a new growth point of China＇s economy and western China＇s economic growth pole.In the western region development,sustainable development of Chongqing has laid a solid material foundation.Chongqing is located in the junction of the developed eastern region and resource-rich areas,which has a dual function of meeting and separation for the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the western economic zone.Its regional advantages to east and west makes Chongqing become the first choice in the western development strategy,Chongqing can lead the entire western region through the development to short the gap between rich coastal and poor inland and become an important strategic stronghold of practice＂two situations＂.This paper based on the perspective of scientific and technological development,analysis of the development status of Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology,the achievements,problems and its strategic significance,revealing the need for scientific and technological innovation in Chongqing.
