摘要
锥头-锥孔结构广泛应用于高压气体实验室、武器系统等领域,密封性要求严。为提高其可靠性,在给出锥头-锥孔结构密封条件的基础上,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,计算分析了主要设计参数对密封性能的影响,得到了锥头-锥孔管路锥形密封结构满足密封条件时主要设计参数与轴向预紧力、密封面宽及vonMises应力最大值的关系曲线,并给出了主要设计参数在工程应用时较稳健的取值范围。
The cone head-cone hole structure, with its rigorous sealing requirement, is widely used in the areas of high pressure gas lab and weapon system. To increase its reliability, the influence of the main design parameters of cone head-cone hole structure on its sealing performance is calculated and analyzed with the finite element analysis software ANSYS based on the sealing conditions of the structure. In the condition of leak tight, the relationship curves of the main design parameters of the cone head-cone hole pipeline cone sealing structure and the axial preloading force, sealing surface width and maximum von Mises stress are attained. The main design parameter range of the pipeline cone sealing structures in engineering practice is also given in this study.
