摘要
现实中影响组合密封性能的因素是多方面的:如被密封流体的特性、密封体的结构以及密封界面的几何形状等。该文从密封体工作介质的压力、预压缩率和活塞杆运动速度等方面分析密封条件变化时对组合密封性能的影响规律,为组合密封体的密封设计提供有效地指导。
The influence factors of combined sealing performance are in many aspects: the structure of sealed fluid characteristics, the seal- ing body and the sealing interface geometry etc.. This paper analysis the influence law of sealing performance ofcombined sealing condi- tions change from the seal body working medium pressure,pre compression ratio and velocity of piston rod, provide effective guidance for the design of the sealing body.
