摘要
介绍了微油点火燃烧器工作原理、结构特点及控制逻辑;结合华润电力300 MW机组实际应用情况,总结运行经验,分析存在问题,提出解决方法。研究表明,微油点火作为一种节油技术应用在大型煤粉锅炉上能实现稳定燃烧和高节油率的目标。
An introduction is being presented to the working principle, structural features and control logic of tiny-oil ignited burner. Combined with its actual application to a 300 MW power unit in Huarun Electric Power Company, the operation experience and existing problems are respectively summarized and analyzed, while corresponding countermeasures proposed. Study results show that as an oil-saving technology, the application of tiny-oil ignition technology to large pulverized coal-fired boiler may help to realize stable combustion and oil-saving target.
