对冲燃烧锅炉应用微油点火技术控制逻辑的实现

摘要 分析了气化微油点火技术的原理及优越性,以及嘉兴电厂4#600 MW机组前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉微油点火控制系统的设计特点和运行方式,并对主要逻辑进行了修改,提高了微油点火系统的运行可靠性,有效减少了锅炉启动初期的污染物排放量. With global wanning, energy supply shortage, the huge price difference between fuel oil and steam coal, tiny-oil ignition technologies are widely applied and comprehensively promoted in power stations. Based on its actual application to a 600 MW power set in Jiaxing Power Station Unit 4, which is equipped with an opposed firing boiler, this paper introduces the gasified tiny-oil ignition technology principle and its advantages. The characteristics of tiny-oil ignition technology, such as equipment system, control system design features, control logic adjustment, function implementation, and operating are comprehensively analyzed. The application of these measures improves the reliability and safety, and all these implementations provide a valuable reference for the same type of unit technical innovation.
