摘要
介绍微油点火技术在某火电厂660MW"W"型火焰锅炉上的应用情况。对其系统原理、热控逻辑进行说明,分析导致微油点火油枪堵塞、燃烧器超温和屏过超温等问题的原因,提出解决问题的技术措施。运行实践表明,微油点火技术在"W"型火焰锅炉上可以取得较好的节油效果。
The application of micro-oil ignition technology on a certain 660 MW "W" shaped flame boiler is described and its' system theory and thermal control logic is introduced.The causes of oil gun blockage,over-temperature of burners and platen superheater is analyzed and corresponding solutions are proposed.The practical operation shows the micro-oil ignition technique can achieve better effect of saving oil for W-shaped flame boilers.
